Serves 1
1 tbsp gogi berries, soaked in water overnight, drained
100ml coconut milk
100g fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chai seeds
1 scoop green (2 tsp) superfood powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp protein powder (your own choice, whey or non–dairy)

Gogi berries contain Vitamin C, B2, A, iron, selenium and other antioxidants giving them superfood status. It has been suggested that these dried berries can boost the immune system and brain activity, protect again heart disease and cancer and improve life expectancy.
